What this app is

iVerni is a Mac application that restores, onto your iPhone, apps previously acquired with your Apple account. By installing it you accept these terms.

How you may use it

• With your own Apple account and your own devices only.
• Not to get around payment, protection or anyone's rights: the app merely asks Apple for what is already yours.
• Downloaded files are for your devices and are not to be distributed.

Free use

The first six successful restores are free, with every feature available. After that the app asks for a licence.

The licence

• Price — 10 US dollars per year.
• Valid on one Mac and up to five iPhones.
• Restores are unlimited.
• Updates released during the year are included.
• It can be moved twice to another Mac, using the same key from your email. Need more — write to us; we are usually happy to help.

The key is emailed to the address given at payment. It is not to be shared: a key seen on many different Macs may be disabled.

When the year ends the app keeps working, but restores start being counted again. Renewal is an ordinary purchase, like the first one; there is no automatic renewal — we never charge you on our own.

Refunds

Not what you needed? You get your money back. Write to support@iverni.me within 14 days of payment; no explanation required. The refund goes back the way you paid, and the licence stops working afterwards. The six free restores exist precisely so you can check everything before paying.

What we do not promise

The app depends on what Apple's servers hand over and how. Apple may change the rules, stop releasing particular apps, or withdraw them entirely — that is beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee that any specific app can be restored.

The app is provided “as is”. We have worked hard to make it careful and safe, but we are not liable for indirect damages, and our liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid.

iVerni is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or supported by Apple Inc. Apple, App Store, iPhone, iPad, Mac and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Open-source components

The app includes free software, notably ipatool (MIT licence) and libimobiledevice (LGPL-2.1). Their licence texts ship inside the app.

Changes

These terms may change; a new version is published here with a new date. A licence already bought is governed by the terms in force on the day of purchase.
