How to install

1. Open the downloaded disk image with a double click.
2. Drag the iVerni icon from left to right, into your Applications folder.
3. Launch it from Applications. macOS checks the signature — a couple of seconds, once.
4. Connect your iPhone by cable, unlock it and tap “Trust This Computer”.

This is not an app from an “unidentified developer”: it carries a Developer ID signature and has been notarized by Apple, so a plain double click opens it — no right-clicking, no security settings to change.

What you need

• A Mac running macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later — Apple silicon or Intel
• A cable for the iPhone (apps cannot be installed over Wi-Fi)
• The Apple ID the apps were bought with, and access to its two-factor code

Updates

The app checks for a new version when it starts and offers to update in one click. The check can be switched off in the About window. It never contacts us in the background.

Verifying the file

To make sure the file arrived whole and unaltered, compare the checksum in Terminal:
